WALT: Make Bread

How To Make Bread!

Hmm yum bread just the thing I need right now, it has a great taste and is easy to make. So if you want to make a great bread then follow this recipe.

The oven needs to be heated to 202 degrees.

Ingredients                                                    accessories

Two teaspoons of yeast.                                Spoon
Two cups of water.                                         Bread Tin
Two teaspoons of salt.
Two cup then four to five cups of flour.
And some oil.

1.  You need two teaspoons of yeast. Then leave for awhile and come back and stir for five minutes.

2. You need two cups of water then leave for awhile then come back and check it.

3.  Then you need two teaspoons of salt to get some flavour. Then stir them round until it is soaked in.

4. Then stir two cups of flour for a while and then add four to five cups of of flour and stir again.

5. Once it has gotten hard then push down onto the dough.

6. When it is out of the bowl it should be a bit wet so then put it back in the bowl and do step 5 again and keep on doing step 5 and 6 until it is not wet.

7. Then hold it upside and it should be gold and white and come out of the shape.

8. Once you have done that then you take all of the dough and flour that is on the side of the bowl and put it on the bigger bit of dough.

9. Then put oil in the bowl. After you have done that then you put the dough into the bowl again and roll it around in the oil for about five seconds.

10. Then put a wet towel over it and leave for an hour.
11. So you’ve left the dough for an hour then you bang on the bowl and then you take the dough out and play with it ( move it from side to side .)

12. Then you bring your bread pan over.

13. Put some oil in the bread pan and rub it around with your hands.

14. Then leave in a baking tin on the bench for and hour and let it rise with a wet tea towel over.

15. Then leave it in there for 30 minutes and then you have some stunning bread!
